HOME OF THE TOUR DE NAMI ride from San Francisco to San Diego. May 30 to June 8 2025
The kickoff event will be in San Francisco. The riders will then head south with the goal of Santa Cruz.
These three days the riders go from Santa Cruz to Soledad (70 miles). This is inland due to highway 1 closure south of Big Sur (There is an impassable 6 mile stretch due to mud slides from 2024 storms). June 1 Soledad to San Simeon (75 miles) and back to the coast. June 2 San Simeon to SLO (50 miles)
Tour Stop #1 in San Luis Obispo June 3. These two days see lots of beach, countryside, and city.
One of the most beautiful bike rides in the world, the Malibu Coast, is on tap for the riders those days.
Tour stop #2 in Orange County at 9 a.m.. The day will begin in Orange County with a rally at Mile Square Park Shelter #2. The shelter is located about 100 yards into the park from the intersection of Euclid and Heil on the east side of the park.
It is between softball fields 3 and 4, behind playground 2 and near bathroom 3. It's also near lot D. You can park on the street and walk in or pay to enter the park and go to lot D.
The riders will then ride from Orange County to the San Diego area.
This is the last day of the ride. It will be a short ride that concludes with a mid-day rally in conjunction with NAMI San Diego.
